Help desk support / information service / order hotline
We not only accept your requests, but also offer you further help desk services, i.e. a standardized and friendly customer telephone reception on behalf of your company, the recording and screening of questions, topics, service interruptions and complaints. We handle standard questions and checking of contractual claims, log all the call-relevant data for any post-processing, and, if necessary, forward the requests to the responsible department/member of staff in your company or as required, escalate to an on-call service, maintenance and technical staff or second-level support.
Hotline-Services outbound
Finally, in the outbound area, we welcome your new customers through a warm welcome call, arrange appointments for you and your employees, keep your databases up to date and prepare reports to provide you with the necessary data in the best possible way. We are happy to take over the management and invitations for events and conferences, etc.
